I also expected a complimentary gesture for my inconveniences but was sadly greeted with indifference. Honestly, how hard is it to be polite during checkout? The Basic Double Room was super clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the quality toiletries. Nice bathroom setup too! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great during the warm weather. the view was just standard. nothing special to look out at. It would have been nice to have some in-room coffee facilities too.
